Imagine one without car wants to get
to Chicago from Muncie and needs to endure the eight hours long drive because
of the public transportation system. On one hand, it is not considerate to the
one who does not have a car or the international students like me. And one the
other hand, public transportation is a more environment-friendly way to save
the limited and non-renewable fossil fuels. But if the public transportation
